Engage Wellness, a wellness, fitness and nutrition coaching and consulting company utilizes a holistic approach of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being to deliver quality service to our clients. We are dedicated to having our clients who are mostly female, engage their minds, spirit, soul, and body during and after wellness sessions. Our mission is creating a joyful space for our community to engage in. Unmotivated for fitness? No worries, our community will cheer you up. Each of our client leave our session WHOLE regardless of their fitness level or healthy lifestyle. We provide one-on-one wellness, fitness and nutrition coaching (online based), group fitness sessions using dance and tabata (we also get invited to communities to do fitness sessions - we LOVE THIS!), we create ongoing wellness events with collaborations, sales of inspirational merchandises, and providing healthy exotic punch/cocktail at events (on demand)
