I’m Tina the founder of Karmaburn Yoga. I help health-conscious women to elevate their physical and mental health with yoga, mindfulness techniques, zen meditation, relaxation and breathwork. I guide women and help them to calm their busy mind and ease anxiety on the yoga mat and off it. Yoga has been a part of my life for more than 15 years, and it helped me become calm, focused, content and more mindful of my actions. Meditation has helped me be more present in the moment rather than relieving or thinking about the past over and over again, or anxiously imagining the future.
