This program is for entrepreneurial immigrant women who is looking to start or grow a business in Canada with mentorship, support and guidance.

Our program offers:
• In-Class Sessions and One-On-One Mentorship
• Global Marketplace Online Platform

To qualify for this program, you must:
• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Have immigrated to Canada within the last ten (10) years
• Have English language level CLB 4+
• Have the technical skills or certification required for your business
• Have an entrepreneurial attitude

Home Childcare Crash Course

Are you an immigrant woman with dreams of starting a childcare business? This course may be for you! This 5-week course can help you get started in turning your dream of running a childcare business into a reality.

Who is this course for?
This course is for immigrant women who:

Have immigrated to Canada within the past 10 years (including Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens)
Are looking to start their own childcare business, and
Have CLB 5+ or higher

Sewing/Fashion Crash Course

An entrepreneurship course specializing in sewing/ fashion industry, designed to help you turn your passion for sewing/fashion into a reality!

Our program offers:

NEED Program

(Newcomer Enhanced Entrepreneurial Development)

This program is for entrepreneurial immigrant women who are looking to start or grow a business in Canada with mentorship, support, and guidance.

Our program offers:

Participants learn about the local business environment, culture, laws, and processes
Participants learn about and connect with relevant service providers, businesses, and professional organizations
Participants improve English business communication skills

To qualify for this program, you must:

Be a recent (<5 years) immigrant or refugee
Have an English language level of CLB 4+
Have a minimum of 3 years of previous business experience
Intend to launch a business in Saskatchewan within 24 months

Food and Catering Crash Course

THIS IS AN ENTREPRENEURSHIP COURSE SPECIALIZING IN THE FOOD AND CATERING BUSINESS

When: August 30 – September 27, 10:00am to 1:00pm
Where: WBH, 733C 1st Ave N, Saskatoon

Investment: This 5-week entrepreneurship course, designed to help you turn your passion for food and catering into a reality and help you sell your products and services through the marketplace.

This course will cover a wide range of topics related to the food service industry and catering business. Below are some of the topics:

Food safety and sanitation
Kitchen safety, organization and operation
Food prep, portion control and avoiding waste
Recipes and cooking methods
How to start a catering business
