WBH complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We will be sending you e-mails only about WBH promotional events, advertisements and follow-up surveys to improve the platform. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time using a link at the bottom of the emails.

Platform
WBH, Women’s Business Hub is branch of Open Door Society, it is an incubator that helps immigrant women entrepreneurs to launch or expand their businesses. WBH is a located at 733 C 1st Ave N, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1X9
We direct our vendors to follow all current Health Canada regulations and recommendation concerning the current pandemic.
All of our vendors are in good standing with the WBH and have been screened and verified as legitimate businesses in accordance with our standards. Where can the visitor see the standards? Are they published on the website?
There is a fee for vendors but no fee for buyers.
By rating vendors, customers help us maintain a high level of quality. A vendor who receives a set number of low ratings (2 stars or less) will be put on probation and be subject to strict guidelines for improvement. If there has been no improvement after a specified time, the vendor will no longer be allowed to sell their product or service on the WBH platform.
Vendor
A vendor must be local business entrepreneur who is an immigrant and/or refugee. Must be located in Saskatchewan. For all food products Saskatchewan Health Authority approval is required.(Licence is required).
WBH does not allow any illegal product to be sold on the platform.
After submitting the application, there will be a phone interview to make sure that the vendor is eligible and meets all the requirements. Once the vendor is accepted, you will receive an email that will have all the instructions you need to login to the platform and how to add products/services to your store.
Product vendors pay one time signup fee of $50 and 10% commission on the sale. Service vendors pay $50 signup fee and an annual membership fee of $50. The signup fee is paid during the application process.
Yes, you do. Please contact the Canada Revenue Agency or an accountant for more information.
Please refuse and report it to WBH management to report. Offline sales can lead to removal from the WBH platform.
The vendor is in-charge of shipping and delivery of products.
